Online access to parts of the information contained within your medical records is available now, this is in addition to the other online services which we offer (Requesting repeat medication and booking appointments). This additional service means you will be able to view certain parts of your medical record. You will need to complete application forms to have access to online services and you will have to provide two forms of identification. Please pick up an application form from reception and return with identification. Please do not use family emails, each individual applying for an online account must have their own individual email address.For more information please ask at reception.

Friends and Family Test - Please complete a simple survey under the link 'Friends and Family test' or pick up a form next time you visit the Practice. All comments and suggestions are discussed at practice meetings.
NAMED GP FOR ALL PATIENTS
NHS England require all practices to allocate a named GP to all patients. For administration purposes you will have been allocated a named GP, however you can still see any of the GP's at this practice regardless of whether they are your named GP or not. If you would like to know who your named GP is, please ask any member of the practice team.
