How to order your Repeat Medications

There are a number of choices available to you (see below) however we encourage all patients to sign up to the NHS App as the best way to order your repeat prescription.

Where possible we are happy to help patients with setting up the NHS App although this is subject to the availability of our staff

Requesting Repeat Medications - Non Dispensing patients

 

You can order your repeat medications up to 10 days advance but please ensure you allow a minimum of 72 hours, excluding weekends and Bank Holidays, in order for your request to be processed in time.

Where there are long periods of Bank Holidays (Christmas and Easter for example) please ensure you give as much notice as possible (up to 10 days).

 

 

Requesting Repeat Medications - Dispensing patients

We are a Dispensing  practice which allows us to dispense medication to any registered patient that lives more than 1.6km from a pharmacy, as the crow flies.  If you fall into this catagory you will be able to collect your medications from the surgery.
