How to order your Repeat Medications
As outlined below there are a range of ways that you can get your prescription.
However, for ease and speed we encourage all patients to sign up to the NHS App as the best way to order your repeat prescription.
Requesting Repeat Medications - Non Dispensing patients
You can order your repeat medications up to 10 days in advance, but please ensure you allow a minimum of 3 days (excluding weekends and Bank Holidays) in order for your request to be processed in time.
For longer Bank Holidays, such as Christmas and Easter, please ensure you give as much notice as possible (up to 10 working days).
Requesting Repeat Medications - Dispensing patients
We are a Dispensing practice which allows us to dispense medication to any registered patient that lives more than 1.6km from a pharmacy, as the crow flies. If you fall into this catagory you will be able to collect your medications from the surgery.
You can order your repeat medications up to 10 days advance but please ensure you allow a minimum of 72 hours, excluding weekends and Bank Holidays, in order for your request to be processed in time.
Where there are long periods of Bank Holidays (Christmas and Easter for example) please ensure you give as much notice as possible.
